PRICING POLICY

1. Price listing principles
- Course/service prices are publicly listed in Vietnamese Dong (VND) on each course’s information page on the website;
- Listed prices are inclusive of value-added tax (VAT) as required - clearly stated for each product/service;
- For training programmes organised in the United Kingdom, prices are additionally listed in Pounds Sterling (GBP) with their scope of application clearly stated;
- Listed prices do not include students’ travel, accommodation, or meal expenses when attending offline sessions (unless expressly stated).
2. Promotional and preferential pricing
- Promotional programmes (preferential prices, scholarships, combos) are clearly published with the price level, conditions of application, and validity period on the website or official communication channels;
- Each enrolment order is eligible for only one promotional programme at a time, unless otherwise clearly published;
- Preferential prices do not apply retroactively to orders confirmed before the announcement date.
3. Additional charges
Where additional charges arise (payment gateway convenience fees, foreign currency conversion fees charged by the card-issuing bank), such fees are displayed or clearly notified before the customer confirms payment. The Company does not collect any amount beyond the listed price and the published fees.
4. Price adjustments
The Company reserves the right to adjust listed prices from time to time. Adjustments do not apply to enrolment orders that have been confirmed and paid before the adjustment date.
5. Price display errors
In the event of a technical error causing the displayed price to differ from the official listed price, the Company will notify customers as soon as possible and reserves the right to cancel or adjust the order; if the customer has already paid and does not agree with the adjusted price, the Company will refund 100% of the amount paid via the original payment channel.
6. Invoices and documents
The Company issues electronic invoices in accordance with the law. Customers requiring an invoice should provide their details within 07 days of successful payment.
This policy takes effect from the date of publication on the website and may be updated or amended to reflect actual operations and legal requirements. The latest version is always publicly available at https://thekhitamtherapyschool.com. Your continued use of the services after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the amended contents.
