1. Scope of goods and services provided
The website provides: (i) Khi Tam Therapy and Yoga training courses in online, hybrid, and offline formats; (ii) membership packages and coaching services; (iii) books and learning materials accompanying the programmes.
2. Conditions applicable to learners
- Registrants must be 18 years of age or older; persons under 18 require the consent and supervision of a parent/legal guardian;
- Learners must truthfully declare their health status and medical history before participating in courses/services involving therapeutic practice; this is the basis for designing a suitable pathway and ensuring safety;
- Learners must meet the entry requirements of each vocational training programme (published on the course page), including completion of prerequisite modules where applicable;
- Learners must provide their own equipment (computer/phone) and a stable internet connection for online learning content.
3. Limitations and medical disclaimer
- The Company’s courses and services are of a training, practice-guidance, and health-enhancement nature; they do not replace medical diagnosis or treatment at healthcare facilities.
- By agreeing to join a course, you understand that it is a natural self-practice guidance programme; we do not use any medication and do not give medical advice, and each learner must remain aware of and responsible for their own health. Our role is to support and help you achieve your own goals through the course, but your success depends primarily on your commitment to practice and lifestyle change.
- Persons with acute medical conditions, serious injuries, pregnant women, or those with special underlying conditions should consult a doctor and notify the Company before participating in practice;
- The Company reserves the right to refuse or suspend service in contraindicated cases in order to ensure learner safety; in such cases, the unused portion of the service fee is refunded.
- The Company is exempt from liability for any injury caused by learners practising on their own or practising contrary to the instructions of teachers and trainers.
4. Learning accounts and intellectual property
- Learning accounts are issued to individual students and may not be shared or transferred without the Company’s written approval;
- All curricula, videos, and learning materials are the copyright of the Company and the Founder; copying, recording, or distribution in any form is strictly prohibited;
- Violations may result in account suspension, termination of service without refund, and handling under intellectual property law.
5. Territory and language
Online services are provided to students in Vietnam and internationally. Offline sessions/events are held at the venues published in the course information (Vietnam and/or the United Kingdom). The primary language of instruction is Vietnamese; certain programmes have English versions as clearly stated on the course page.
6. Platform suspension
The Company reserves the right to temporarily suspend the website/learning system for maintenance, upgrades, or in force majeure events, and will notify students in advance via email/website as early as possible. Students’ access periods to learning materials are extended correspondingly for any prolonged interruption (if applicable).
