PURCHASE / SERVICE ENROLLMENT GUIDE

1. Online enrollment on the website

Step 1: Visit https://thekhitamtherapyschool.com and select a course/service. Please read the information carefully: content, duration, delivery format (online/hybrid/offline), expected start date, and the listed tuition fee.

Step 2: Click the “Enroll” / “Buy course” button on the course page.

Step 3: Complete the student information fully and accurately: full name, phone number, email; declare your health status (for courses/services) so that a suitable pathway can be advised.

Step 4: Select a payment method (bank transfer, VNPay/OnePay payment gateway, international card) and complete the payment following the instructions in the “Payment Policy”.

Step 5: Review all information and confirm the enrollment order. The system sends a confirmation email within 24 working hours.

Step 6: Once payment is successfully confirmed, your learning account on the LMS system (learn.thekhitamtherapyschool.com) is activated within 24–48 working hours; login details are sent to the registered email.

2. Enrollment through a consultant

You may contact our hotline (+84) 349 635 168, fanpage facebook.com/thekhitamtherapyschool, or email consultant.training@khitamtherapy.com for advice on choosing a suitable course. A consultant will help create your enrollment order and guide you through payment.

3. Notes when enrolling

• Please double-check your personal information, email, and selected course before confirming; an incorrect email may affect delivery of your learning account;
• An enrollment order only takes effect after payment has been successfully confirmed;
• For offline classes with limited capacity: if the class is full at the time of confirmation, we will contact you to transfer to the next intake or refund upon request;
• Students under 18 years of age require the consent of a parent/legal guardian.
